These fixtures are fabricated from high quality FR4 materials, have solid welded chassis boxes with powder coat finishes, and accurate I/O panels.   We keep most standard sizes in stock, or we can have them in house within one day. They come in the following sizes:

G1        12x16” (outside dimensions)

G2        16x20”

G4        20x30”

G6        25x30”(L version)

We offer three G2 interface panel sizes. The standard 15 row, plus an 18 row, and a 23 row. The 23 row panel allows for more test points on the 16x20” kit as it can be loaded through row 23. We also sell the adaptors for the Test Systems for this kit at a reasonable price.

These fixtures are fabricated from high quality FR4 materials, are low profile by design, and fabricated using a custom designed PCB rather than point to point wiring.   We keep most standard sizes in stock, or we can have them in house in time for your project. They come in the following sizes:

G2        16x20” Accommodates up to row 18 on the PCB

G4        20x30” Accommodates up to row 33 on the PCB
G6        25x30”(L version) Accommodates up to row 33 on the PCB plus extended LX pins

A Note about Wireless Technology

Wireless fixtures are truly a great way to fixture your products. The fixture produces much less noise than standard wired technology, which means that your programs will run much more stable on your test system. They are also lighter in weight, and are considerably easier to perform ECO modifications when necessary. Our PCB’s are fabricated outside our facility using Board Suppliers that have state of the art equipment. PCB’s are tested twice before shipping with flying probe test systems. This guarantees that there are no shorts or opens in the PCB.   If you’re using a fixture house that fabricates their own PCB’s in house, you’ll be amazed at the accuracy, stability, and reliability of our PCB’s. You will never have to pull the fixture down on the tester more than once to get contact to the tester.   Whether it is a small Agilent 3070, or a GR 228X L, GTS wireless products will out- perform any wireless fixture you have purchased to date. While wireless technology is slightly more expensive than wired, we’re working hard to reduce costs, and our product is very competitively priced.   We hope you’ll give us an opportunity to show you all the advantages.

These fixtures are fabricated from high quality FR4 materials, have precision machined side rails, and genuine Agilent I/O pin alignment plates.   We keep most standard sizes in stock, or we can have extended or dual well kits in house quickly. The wired and the wireless version look identical. You can’t tell one from the other unless you remove the bottom alignment plate to expose either the wiring or the PCB. The PCB’s are a full .200” thick.   They come in the following sizes:

Vacuum Lid Assemblies :

GTS vacuum lid assemblies are fabricated to withstand today’s high volume manufacturing environments.   Solid aluminum rails are used to insure undue stresses are not placed on plastic parts. Steel hinges and hinge rods are used so that failures in the field are a thing of the past. The lid assembly helps to keep the moving plate as flat as possible by strengthening it across every side. We then float our vacuum box assembly inside this framework. This does not allow stresses caused by high force gas springs attached to plastic to wear out and eventually fail.   The lid floats inside the framework, and then aligns perfectly to large pins placed in the probe plate. Our competitors try to cut costs by using a lid assemblies that do not float, the gas springs are attached directly to the side rails of the vac box. Over time, the Z motion hinge wears from the forces of the gas springs, causing miss-alignment of all top side probes or other installed hardware. We won’t do this to save a few dollars, our product must function as well the first day, as the 5 year. When you purchase a GTS lid, you can be assured, that it will last the life of your product.
